The Property Story
Three years ago, Mr. Edwin Scherrer, owner of the property and “eas free concept”, a leading Swiss Developer firm, decided to transform the villa into a luxury newly built Residence.
“The Star” Residence was then created with a new contemporary luxury design, offering an outstanding quality living experience to its future residents.
Michel Jobert, a well-established Architect in Paphos, Designer of the original Villa became the project manager, assisted by “EJ Architects” team (www.ej-architects.com) for realizing this unique challenging and stunning property.
During both the project study and the construction phase, many improvements were implemented by the project leaders, with result to fulfill all people involved highest expectations.
